Local accounting works offline with a valid license after activation. Client PCs need the main PC and local network. Activation, Google Drive and remote monitoring require internet. A network failure alone does not invalidate a valid local license.

No. Accounting and local backups work without Google. Google Drive linking is optional for paid packages, and sign-in takes place on Google’s own page.

The companion is intended for every paid package, for read-only monitoring and reports within account permissions and device limits. The main PC must remain on and reachable; remote access also needs internet. Android is being prepared for public release, with iOS planned later. The demo is for one Windows device.

Package upgrades within Almumayaz Accounting add capabilities while keeping your data and current features. Changes that remove features are currently unavailable. For example, Business to Business Plus would reduce warehouses to one, so Professional is the option when you need both multiple warehouses and installments. Upgrade pricing is specified in your quote.

Contact us through your established contact details. Access recovery requires customer identity verification and a dedicated, one-use approval. We do not reveal your old password or ask you to send it.

Backups are encrypted, and restoration follows the procedure authorized by the Almumayaz Accounting team. Access to a copy in Google Drive alone is not enough to decrypt and restore it. Contact us to arrange recovery.
